Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry, document preparation, and filing (both physical and digital).
- Handle invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders accurately.
- Maintain proper inventory and production records in coordination with warehouse and production teams.
- Assist in HR-related tasks, such as attendance tracking and staff documentation.
- Answer phone calls, manage emails, and support front desk duties.
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers on documentation needs.
- Support quality control records and compliance documentation (e.g., HACCP, GMP if applicable).
- Ensure administrative processes follow company SOPs and food safety standards
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Admin or related field.
- 1–2 years of admin or clerical experience (manufacturing or F&B preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good written and spoken communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with basic inventory or production systems is an advantage.
- 5 days working ( 8am to 6pm)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
