JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate all storage activities to ensure parts operation performance achieving the target given by the management.
- Responsible for managing and controlling the inventory of automotive parts, ensuring their availability for repairs and maintenance
- Support the technical team, preparing parts quotations, parts purchase orders and completing receipt.
- Perform parts management process, create order form and update price list in System, upload order and key in received order in SAP system.
- To handle the inventory control and storage activities such as planning service parts order, checking inventory level, updating records, preparing reports required by the management and documents filing.
- To follow up on the back-order status.
- Ensure all parts are stored and arranged at proper racking, as well as proper labeling.
- Lead stocktake activities.
Requirements
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree / Diploma with 2 years of working experience in related field (Automotive)
2. Computer literate especially in Microsoft Excel and Word. SAP & VSS knowledge is an added advantage.
3. Good personality and positive working attitude, responsible, self-disciplined, and dedicated to work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
