3. Safeguard company’s inventory.
4. Assist superior in monitoring Company’s parts inventory level through proper documentation and filing.
5. Ensure safety and security procedures are always adhered to.
6. To ensure all duties assigned by Seniors are carried out as per job description and any other task requested by the Management.
7. Picking orders as requested by the Customers, Branches and Service.
8. Accurately select item from the designated areas based on the picking journals and ensure the part number and quantity of orders are processed efficiently.
9. Ensuring correct shipping information is attached and moving completed the orders to packing area.
10. Surveys items for possible damage or defects before shipment.
11. Keeps the items separated, organized, and in good rotation.
12. Loading and unloading trucks by using forklifts.
13. Work collaboratively with team members during peak times and to ensure delivery deadlines are met.
14 Delivery Parts to customer site
15. Responsible for identifying the parts delivery to customer site are following the customer order.
16. Preparing delivery documents and parts are in order
17. Keeping track of inventory levels and performing cycle counts or physical inventory checks.
18. Adhering to safety guidelines and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
19. Communicating with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
20. Operating various types of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, following safety protocols
