We are looking for a responsible and organized individual to manage day-to-day administrative tasks while also supporting the Parts and Warranty operations. This dual-role position is crucial in ensuring smooth documentation, stock coordination, and warranty claim processing.
Responsibilities:
General Administrative Support
- Handle office administrative duties such as filing, documentation, and correspondence
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and courier
- Assist in data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining records
- Support HR and management with ad-hoc administrative tasks
Parts & Warranty Support
- Assist in processing warranty claims and ensuring accurate documentation
- Communicate with the service team, suppliers, and principal on parts orders and claim matters
- Track and monitor parts movement, stock levels, and return items
- Coordinate delivery/collection of parts with related departments
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and warranty guidelines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
