Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial, Management or a related field.
· Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia but able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage
· Minimum 1-2 years’ experience of administrator
· Quick learner and excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
· Willing to work on weekends and provide business talk at evening time hours. (depending on the situation and business needs).
Key Responsibilities:
· Responsible for day-to-day operation functions of administration.
· Answering and directing phone calls
· Scheduling appointments and meetings
· Manage and handle documents, including preparation, filing and organizing.
· Drafting emails, memos, and reports
· Be responsible for tasks assigned by supervisor(s).
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
· Be responsible for tasks assigned by supervisor(s).
