Purpose of the Role
As the Operations Manager at GETTA COFFEE, you are the key driver of operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team development across all outlets. You’ll ensure every cup served reflects our passion for quality, consistency, and exceptional service—while maintaining strong financial performance and scaling the brand sustainably.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be involved in:
Sales & Customer Experience
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance; guide Outlet Managers to meet or exceed targets.
- Analyze sales trends and demographics to drive local marketing and upselling.
- Deliver fast, friendly, and personalized service across all locations.
Store Operations & Efficiency
- Ensure all outlets operate smoothly, safely, and profitably.
- Implement SOPs, cost controls, and waste reduction practices.
- Benchmark outlet performance and lead regular audits.
- Conduct weekly operations meetings and knowledge sharing.
- Manage inventory, loss prevention, and manpower scheduling.
- Lead new store openings, including setup, staffing, and launch coordination.
People Development & Culture
- Recruit, train, and retain top-performing teams that reflect GETTA COFFEE’s values.
- Coach and develop Outlet Managers and trainees with growth-focused plans.
- Conduct performance reviews and manage disciplinary actions where needed.
- Foster a strong team culture grounded in ownership, pride, and collaboration.
- Be a hands-on leader who energizes and inspires staff daily.
Product & Quality Assurance
- Maintain product consistency, speed, and presentation standards.
- Oversee barista training, re-certification, and skill enhancement.
- Collaborate with R&D or Menu teams on launches and seasonal updates.
- Address customer and quality feedback constructively.
Store Presentation & Brand Image
- Ensure each store offers a clean, comfortable, and brand-aligned environment.
- Enforce store design, layout, and merchandising guidelines.
- Make sure all outlets are “always ready” for customers, audits, and visits.
Reporting & Business Growth
- Set and review monthly sales forecasts and KPIs.
- Manage budgets, labor cost, and operational reports.
- Provide strategic input for store expansion and community partnerships.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Minimum 3–5 years in multi-outlet operations or retail F&B management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about coffee, customer experience, and team development.
- Proven ability to manage people, processes, and performance at scale.
- Willing to travel between store locations as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
