Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the company’s product/platform, including but not limited to user acquisition, engagement enhancement, content planning, campaign execution, and data analysis.
- Develop and implement effective operation strategies to achieve business goals (e.g., GMV, DAU, conversion rates) through user segmentation, promotional campaigns, and channel optimization.
- Monitor and analyze operational data (user behavior, campaign performance, channel ROI), generate regular reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate internal and external resources (design, tech, marketing, etc.) to ensure timely and efficient execution of operational projects.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities; identify user needs and proactively optimize operation plans.
- Carry out other operation-related tasks assigned by the management.
