Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the smooth and efficient operations of the Park.
- Supervise and effectively schedule of assigned staff and their day to day work activities to ensure operational goals and objectives are met.
- Manage walk in sales channel & customer service team.
- Lead the customer service team to achieve target.
- Formulate the strategy to achieve sales target & improve the customer service team operation.
- Develop and implementation of operational policies, procedures and processes for operational activity.
- Prepare regular budgets, exercise prudent cost management and expenses update.
- Formulate short-term and mid-term plans to fulfil goals set by Management.
- Provide regular and timely reports to Management.
- Monitor performance and implement improvements.
- Manpower planning, placement and training.
- Manage vendor, consultant, architect and designer in new development initiative by Management.
Job Requirement:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess minimum a Diploma/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 6 years of experience.
- Possess own transport, willing to outstation when required.
- Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Based in Tanjung Rambutan, Perak.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to implement changes where necessary.
- Must be very flexible, responsible, well organized, solid problem solving skills, work well under pressure and able to handle hectic work schedule.
- Strong communication and people skill.
BONUS POINT
- Experience in managing operations.
- Preferred industry in Building Maintenance / Property / Construction.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
