Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end production operations, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products.
- Develop and implement production schedules while managing resources to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and supply chain processes to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
- Drive initiatives to reduce waste and improve overall product quality.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs using lean manufacturing principes and data-driven approaches.
- Collaborate with the Senior Management to set operational goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Prepare and present regular operational performance reports to Senior Management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations or production management, within a machining or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, CNC equipment, and tooling.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Chinese speaker is highly preferred

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM17,000.00 per month
