- Oversee day-to-day operations of the security team.
- Manage manpower scheduling, deployment, and site supervision.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Lead, motivate, and train security personnel.
- Monitor performance, prepare reports, and maintain good client relations.
