In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Follow up and liase with customers
- Liaise with internal team, Operation arrangement & coordination
- Invoicing and maintaining TMS data

- Received booking from customer
- Email operation & liaise for scheduling/trucks details
- Reply to customer & follow ups
- If outsource vendor, Issue PO to subcon
- TMS Data Entry for SO, issue POD
- All document compiling and issue invoice to customer
- Operation coverage to Land transport & some Ocean Freights arrangement
Education:
- SPM/STM/STPM (Preferred)
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Language:
- English (Preferred)
- Bahasa (Preferred)
- Mandarin (Preferred)
Experience:
- Shipping: 1-2 years (Preferred)
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
