Site Management Operation Support

Job Description

• You will be the key point of contact for overseeing field operation preventive maintenance (PM) and driving operational excellence.
• The role ensures effective planning, execution, and reporting of PM activities, utilizing PM recording tools and establishing comprehensive PM checklists.
• You will communicate proactively with stakeholders, delivering timely and accurate reports as required to maintain site reliability.
• You also cover project support activities such as site acceptance documentation validation and related reporting.
• You will lead special initiatives, including Assignment Apparatus certification display at sites and DC cable cut alarm management, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
• You will also provide or facilitate training to the field operation team, enhancing competency in Radio Access Network (RAN), Transmission, and Power systems, fostering a skilled and capable workforce.

Requirement

• Experience & Knowledge:
• Proven experience in field operations, particularly in preventive maintenance (PM) planning, execution, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of Radio Access Network (RAN), Transmission, and Power systems.
• Familiarity with PM tools and checklist development to support effective maintenance practices.
• Experience with project support activities including site acceptance and documentation validation is an advantage.
• Technical Skills:
• Ability to manage and interpret PM recording tools and generate accurate reports.
• Knowledge systems and related alarm management processes.
• Proficient in preparing and maintaining compliance-related documentation.
• Leadership & Communication:
• Coordination skills to drive operational excellence and lead special initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure alignment across teams.
• Experience in delivering or coordinating technical training for field teams to enhance skill levels.
• Soft Skills:
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to issue resolution and process improvement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Basic Salary depend on experience

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,300.00 per month

Experience:

• RAN: 3 years (Preferred)
• Preventive Maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)
• Transmission: 1 year (Preferred)
