We are looking for a trustworthy Operation Executive to help us running our business activities.
Operation Executive responsibilities include stock delivery and sales collection.
- Responsible to arrange, prepare delivery and collection orders.
- Ensure stocks are delivered timely and in good condition.
- Be always up to date with delivery and collection schedule.
- To coordinate and liaison with Sales Team on sales and purchase order and maintain an up-to-date record.
- Provide excellent support to customers and teams.
- Able to communicate with internal and external parties.
- To perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when required by the management.
Job Requirements
- Pleasant personality, trustworthy, self-motivated, hardworking, and good interpersonal skills.
- Experienced with logistic or operation background are welcomed to apply.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in English and Malay. Mandarin speaker is encourage to apply.
- Willingness to travel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
