Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Continuously improve technical skills through training and development opportunities.
- Identify vehicle issues and provide recommendations for repairs.
- Use diagnostic equipment to identify problems and perform necessary repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of service and repair work.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
Qualification and Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / professional certificate (mechanical).
- Good communication skills.
- Has experience in troubleshooting car repair.
- Possess valid driving license would be an added advantage.
- Customer friendly with good personal appearance.
- Able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment.
