Job Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in mechanical design or fabrication (preferably in oil & gas, construction, or manufacturing industries).
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of metal fabrication processes, welding, and mechanical assembly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing technical drawings.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Job Description
- Design and drafting - create 3D models and 2D drawing for enclosures, panel stands, doors, brackets and related parts.
- BOM & Cutting Lists - Prepare bills for materials, flat pattern and bending indtructions for laser cutting, shearing and press brake operations
- Bending and Welding Details - Provide clear bend sequences, angles and welding symbols/specification for fabrication teams
- Production Support - Work with laser cutting, bending, welding and assembly teams to clarify drawings and solve manufacturing issues
- Process Integration - Ensure design follow the approved workflow, including inspection points and traceability from work order to the final assembly.
- Quality compliance - Follow ISO 9001 and welding standards, ensuring correct tolerances, material specification and surface finish requirement
- Improvement & cost control - Suggest design changes to improve manufacturability, reduce cost and minimize material waste

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
