Key Responsibilities:
- Promote clinic services (e.g., wellness programs, physiotherapy, health screenings) to walk-in customers, leads, and prospects.
- Conduct outreach to new patients, corporate clients and wellness partners.
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-in inquiries.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with patients, corporate clients, and referral doctors.
- Act as a liaison between the clinic and clients to resolve issues and gather feedback.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, roadshows, and events.
- Assist in creating sales kits, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Represent the clinic during health talks, expos, and community outreach programs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of clinic offerings, packages, pricing, and treatment benefits.
- Stay updated on new services, promotions, and healthcare trends relevant to the clinic.
