Key Responsibilities:
- Direct report to Southern Region Manager
- Carry out marketing activities & maintain relationship with existing accounts, initiate to explore and developed new accounts
- Able to work independently, less supervision and able to work under pressure
- Initiate and coordinates development of action plan on marketing strategy
- Create brand awareness to consultant / client
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Prepare and present sales proposals, assist Estimator in quotations, and tenders to clients
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote company products
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to provide customized solutions for clients
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
- Follow up closely with pipeline project.
- To learn technical knowledge on electrical and mechanical circuit drawing
Requirements:
- Certificate / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in switchboard industry
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin, both verbally and in writing (Mandarin proficiency is essential due to frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
- Knowledge of switchboard and power distribution systems is an advantage
- Ability to travel within Malaysia for client visit and project meetings
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
