Position: Outlet Manager
Location: The Exchange TRX
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Maintain strong product knowledge, especially in Ready-to-Wear fashion, to guide customers and train staff.
- Monitor store performance, analyse sales reports, and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and personalized client experiences.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and replenishment in collaboration with the merchandising team.
- Execute visual merchandising according to brand guidelines.
- Handle staff scheduling, performance reviews, and training.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury fashion or Ready-to-Wear (RTW).
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performance sales team.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury leather goods and RTW fashion, including product care, styling, and seasonal trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clienteling skills for building lasting customer relationships.
- Proficient in using CRM systems to manage client databases and drive repeat sales.
- Skilled in visual merchandising according to luxury brand standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
REMUNERATION PACKAGE:
- Basic Salary RM4,500 - RM5,000 (based on your experience)
- Allowances RM300 transport allowance per month
- Incentives RM3,000 - RM5,000 per month (based on store achievement)
- Annual Leave 14 days
- Medical Leave 18 days
- Performance bonus based on KPI achievement
