Mandarin Speaking Corporate Development Manager(Food & Beverage Industry)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Revenue Growth

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets for condensed milk, coconut milk powder, coconut milk, and palm oil.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new customers, distributors, and trading partners locally and internationally.
• Negotiate and close high-value contracts and long-term supply agreements.

2. Market Development & Strategy

• Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, competitive products, and new opportunities.
• Recommend product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with the R&D and production teams to align product offerings with customer needs.

3. Key Account Management

• Manage relationships with major clients, including multinational FMCG companies and regional distributors.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups, resolving issues, and providing technical product support.

4. International Trade & Compliance

• Drive export market development, ensuring compliance with international trade laws, Halal, FSSC, and other relevant certifications.
• Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations to ensure smooth execution of shipments.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and sales materials.
• Provide market intelligence to management for strategic planning and decision-making.
• Liaise with procurement to ensure competitive raw material sourcing for palm oil and coconut-based products.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or commodity trading.
• Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Proven track record in developing international markets, particularly in dairy and coconut product segments.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
• Familiarity with Halal, Kosher, and international food export requirements.
• Willingness to travel domestically and overseas.
