Key Responsibilities:
Set out below are the Key Responsibilities, this is not an exhaustive list, and within reason, additional task or duties may be requested still within the overall scope of the role:
- Implementing right company culture and value of the company in order to accomplish company goal and objective.
- Strategic Planning including effective utilization of resources to achieve operation effectiveness and human resources optimization in the company.
- Carry out right recruitment practices, implementing of performance management system, providing and arranging proper training to employees in order to improve their skills and knowledge, establish career development and ensuring right rewards system in place.
- Carry out monitoring and coaching role in the department.
- Conducting counseling session and ensuring appropriate communication at all levels.
- Liaise with external parties to deal all HR related matters.
- Handling all HR related documentation.
- Organizing and participating in company event, project and activity.
- Handling Admin related tasks.
- Perform any other expressed or implied duties required by the superior.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Degree in any field preferable in Human Resources Management.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in similar industry.
- Positive thinking, dynamic and people-oriented personality.
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken).
