- Responsible for day to day operation as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Lead the service Team (Teller/Marketing)
- Monitor daily operations to ensure a free flow process, and also supervise the execution of daily transaction
- Developing new promotional program
- Executing promotion programs as decided time to time
- Developing promotional material and managing supplies
- Holding/ leading meeting with corridor specific programs
- Research on market competitiveness and recommend in the meeting
- Taking feedback from the promotion teams and rectify coordinating relevant contact points
- Collaborate with heads of other units to develop best practices for successful banking operations
- External Relationship (CIT, Immigration, Vendors & other government officer & Foreign business partners)
- Verifying monthly payroll.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
- Knowledge of administrative management practices and procedures
- At least 3-5 Year(s) of experience as Administrative Manager in managing team would be advantageous
- Well organized, flexible and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Good problem solving skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure
- Strong organizational, planning skills and ethical leadership abilities
- Maximum age not more than 50 years old.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
