The Livestream Operations Executive is responsible for managing the technical and logistical aspects of live streaming events across digital platforms. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing live broadcasts to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality viewer experiences.
Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Livestream Operations Executive to support our growing livestream business. This role requires strong coordination skills, familiarity with digital ecosystems, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, including MCNs and sellers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage end-to-end livestream operations
- Source and manage MCN agencies, including coordination and ongoing communication
- Execute talent programs: onboarding, training, event support, quality control (QC), and troubleshooting
- Support seller programs by working with Key Account Managers (KAMs) for execution, providing traffic support, training, troubleshooting, and quality assurance
- Identify and onboard new sellers or product assortments suitable for livestreaming
- Manage internal and external traffic to drive livestream performance and viewership
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital media, or a similar capacity
- Proficient in Bahasa Melayu, Chinese, and English (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-driven with a strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
