Job Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Chinese AI live-streaming software providers to learn and understand the end-to-end process of conducting AI live streams using their software.
- Engage with local clients in Southeast Asia (Singapore/Malaysia/Indonesia), providing AI live-streaming operation services, assisting them in using AI live-streaming software for broadcasts, and guiding them through the entire process.
- Collaborate with live-streaming agency (TSP) partners in Southeast Asia and the U.S., helping and instructing them on the full workflow of AI live-streaming software to enable TSPs to serve their clients' streaming needs.
- Address any issues encountered by clients or partners during AI live-streaming sessions by coordinating with software providers to resolve inquiries and technical problems.
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience. Work from home.
- Experience in live streaming or social media operations.
- Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Indonesian.
- Proactive, strong learning ability, and excellent communication skills.
