Job Description
- Monitoring and ensuring day to day operations goals are accordingly met and precise procedures are being implemented and observed by the team.
- Plan and organise operations to optimize productivity, safety and achievement of final targets.
- Proficiency with use of Operation software and Microsoft Office.
- Plan maintenance process of all diving related equipment and boats
- Ensuring and monitoring dive technical and boat superintendent teams progress and planned maintenance and operations
- Using independent judgement and discretion in making important operational decisions that meets business needs with goal of improving overall operational performance
- Perform, quality control and upkeep KPI's.
- Reporting to Operations Manager and Management on day-to-day basis

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
