Job Description
POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
- To assist the Duty Executive/Senior Operation Officer in the monitoring of the Terminal operations; Airside operations and to ensure compliance with all related documents
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTION
- Ensure highest standards of cleanliness in the terminal building and ensure cleaning contractor follows the contract
- To ensure all Landside area (including Airport Access Road) and Car Park facilities/equipment are operational at all times
- To ensure all charges are paid promptly and cash management are conducted safely and efficiently
- To ensure all directives being carried out and obeyed for the smooth running of landside and Car Park operations
- To monitor and prepare report on landscaping contractor’s performance and activities.
- To inspect and enforce cleanliness and orderliness at curbside and Car Park area
- To inspect and ensure markings, signs and other related facilities are visible and functional at all times.
- To assist Duty Executive in ensuring Landside and Car park operations in compliance with QMS, SHE and other Legal requirement
- To monitor facilities serviceability and ensure fault are rectified.
- To monitor cleaning to ensure contractor meet standard set.
- To ensure departure and arrival formalities meet standard set.
- To attend to complaints by customer and air traveler
- Report any incident/accident to Head of Operations immediately
Key Challenges
- To ensure highest standards of cleanliness is achieved according to the standard set by the management
- To handle and resolve all customers complaint
- To coordinate with other units as to ensure all facilities provided are in good working condition
Skills
- Possess basic knowledge on Airport Operations Management
Relevant Industries
- Preferable with minimum 1 year relevant working experience
Education
SPM with Credit in Bahasa, Pass in English and Mathematics
