Job Description
- To submit quotation within the given time frame
- To follow up to customer to follow up quotation submitted
- To coordinate with suppliers on spares parts offer/purchase, ensure meeting customer requirement
- To handle customer shipping instruction, prepare shipping documents and arranges deliveries as per our customer advice ensuring delivery commitment are met
- To ensure customer service excellence, acknowledge/reply within same day
- Cold calling potential customers and building relationships, to promote the sales of products such as pumps, motors, ship spares & equipment
- To maintain & update the customer general data (Email, PIC, Contact number)
- To execute other duties/ad hoc task as defined by Superior/Manager
Job Requirement
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advance/Higher/Gradute Diploma in any field
· No experience needed as training provided, have administrative experience would be advantage.
· Proficient in MS Office application
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Reasonably good in both oral and written communication (English)
· Familiar with full sales cycle from quotation to delivery will be added advantages

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
