Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct land and topographical surveys for estate development, maintenance, and expansion.
- Establish and verify estate boundaries using GNSS, total stations, drones, and other modern surveying tools.
- Prepare accurate maps, site plans, and survey reports for estate planning, road construction, drainage, and planting activities.
- Collaborate with site management teams to ensure proper alignment of land use and infrastructure layout.
- Monitor and update Geographic Information System (GIS) data relevant to estate land parcels and development progress.
- Ensure all surveying activities comply with statutory regulations and company policies, including land titling and encroachment mitigation.
- Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment and ensure proper data collection and storage protocols.
- Provide guidance to field staff as required.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in land surveying, preferably in plantation, agricultural, or forestry sectors.
- Proficient in using Total Station, GNSS/GPS equipment, drones, and relevant survey software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS).
- Strong knowledge of topographical and cadastral survey methods.
- Familiarity with plantation infrastructure planning (roads, drains, planting blocks).
