- Conduct land, topographic, and boundary surveys using total stations, GPS, and other surveying instruments.
- Interpret and analyze survey data to determine land features, boundaries, and elevations.
- Prepare accurate survey plans, maps, and reports for use in construction, engineering, and design.
- Verify the accuracy of survey data, measurements, and calculations on-site and in the office.
- Mark land boundaries, construction layouts, and reference points for structures, roads, utilities, and other site features.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure survey data supports design and construction requirements.
- Monitor ongoing construction works to ensure alignment with the original site layout and design.
- Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and safety procedures during survey activities.
- Keep detailed records of field data, sketches, measurements, and project documentation.
