Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and pitch creative concepts while summarizing outcomes during client meetings.
- Drive sales growth for client accounts by identifying and pursuing opportunities.
- Create and execute strategic account plans, overseeing projects from inception to completion.
- Set clear goals and objectives for internal teams, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with teams to develop high-quality materials, coordinate events, and provide guidance and support.
- Lead and mentor staff, fostering a motivated and results-driven team environment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and acting as a liaison between internal teams and clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sport Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an advertising, public relations, or in-house agency, preferably within a sports marketing environment. Experience in other industries as an Account Manager is also welcomed.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
