1. To assist QAQC Manager & QAQC Engineer in updating Master plan for quality control monthly which need to be attached in monthly progress report.
2. To set up and maintain (monthly & yearly) in house laboratory including lab equipment for QAQC Testing use.
3. To liaise and plan with sub-contractors to carry out testing as required in the QAQC Master plan.
4. To carry out lab testing (FDT, CBR, Cube test & slump test for example) that can be done at our in house laboratory and produce testing reports.
5. To send the test samples to the external laboratory (those cannot be done by ourselves) and follow up closely with the external lab to get the tests reports.
6. To assist QAQC Manager & QAQC Engineer in RFI, & Site diary submission to JKR for approval.
7. To liaise with JKR in the lab testing schedule (inviting them to witness the lab test at in-house or external lab).
8. To monitor the quality of construction works at site and report to any non-conformance works done by sub-contractors or team.
9. To take photos of site activities related to QAQC for Monthly Progress Reporting.
10. To monitor the quality of raw materials (fine and coarse aggregates, gabion stone, rebar, BRC, and etc.) and site mix concrete produced at site.
11. To implement site QAQC system, ensure compliances with JKR specifications.
12. To carry out any other duties may be as assigned by the Management from time to time.
To be based at Project Site Highway Kota Bharu-Kuala Krai (KBKK), Kuala Krai, Kg. Sepuluh.
