Job Overview
- Perform Microbiology Analysis of incoming raw materials, WIP material and finished product in accordance to test method
- Perform cleanliness monitoring swab test for machinery, people (hand/ gloves), production tools & environment air test
- Perform utilities water and compress air microbe testing.
- Review effective test frequency and method.
- Monitor lab inventory.
- Daily tabulate microbe results. Monthly update on compliance
- Prepare document and sample for external lab analysis.
- Back up traceability mock recall audit
- Ensure cleanliness of in charged areas and good keeping of the records.
- Be internal auditor
- Perform hygiene audit.
- Subject for other assigned duties.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
- At least diploma holder in Food Technology, Product Safety, Nutrition, Health, Well Being, Food Science, Microbiology ,Research and Development or equivalent.•
- Basic knowledge in ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP and other food related Acts.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience is required for this position.
- Experience in food manufacturing, preferably in chocolate and confectionary industry.
- Able to work as team and independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
