Key responsibilities:
- Prepare science laboratory equipment, materials, and specimens for practical classes
- across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
- Assist teachers during practical sessions, ensuring a smooth and safe environment for student learning.
- Maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked lab, monitoring inventory and replenishing supplies when needed.
- Observe and uphold all health and safety regulations, including the safe storage and disposal of chemicals and biological materials.
- Support in the maintenance and minor repairs of lab equipment.
- Keep accurate records of lab resources, chemicals, and safety data sheets.
- Assist in setting up special projects, science fairs, and school events when required.
What You Bring:
- A background in science (Diploma or Degree in a science-related field preferred).
- Previous experience working in a school laboratory or scientific setting is an added advantage.
- A responsible and detail-oriented nature, with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with lab safety standards and chemical handling protocols.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team spirit.
- Comfort working in a multicultural school environment, with empathy and understanding for students.
