Core Purpose of the Role
To ensure smooth operation of UNIMY’s cybersecurity labs, support hands-on student training, and maintain industry-standard learning environments for certifications and research.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lab Support & Safety
- Maintain lab equipment and tools (computers, software, training systems).
- Ensure labs are safe, organized, and ready for classes/workshops.
- Monitor student access and enforce lab rules.
2. Student Assistance
- Guide students in using lab tools for courses and certifications.
- Help troubleshoot technical issues during practical sessions.
- Support exam preparation (e.g., practice tests, study materials).
3. Administrative Tasks
- Track lab usage and report equipment needs.
- Assist in setting up workshops and guest lectures.
Manage inventory (e.g., software licenses, lab devices).
