Join our fast-paced British seafood kitchen (Muslim-friendly), known for award-winning Fish & Chips. This outlet is delivery-focused with limited dine-in — speed, food quality, and consistency are key.
We’re looking for a hands-on Kitchen Leader who can lead a small kitchen team, cook fast, manage prep, and maintain high hygiene and food standards. You'll be involved in cooking, training, stock control, and basic BOH paperwork.
What You’ll Do:
- Cook and lead daily kitchen operations
- Ensure fast, consistent food quality (takeaway/delivery focus)
- Manage inventory, waste control & daily checklists
- Train and supervise kitchen staff
- Maintain hygiene and SOP standards
- Support Central Kitchen when needed
Requirements:
- Kitchen leadership experience
- Strong in Western cuisine and seafood
- Fast, organised, and can manage pressure
- Team player with good discipline and communication
- Willing to work weekends & public holidays
- Able to complete basic paperwork & kitchen reports
