Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking various types of Western food, including pasta, grilled items, and other hot dishes.
- Ensuring all food preparation is done according to recipes, portion standards, and hygiene requirements.
- Monitoring food quality, presentation, and consistency before serving.
- Checking the freshness and quality of ingredients daily; arranging proper storage and stock rotation.
- Ensuring kitchen equipment and utensils are clean, well-maintained, and ready for use.
- Tracking ingredient stock levels and reporting low stock to the superior in a timely manner.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times in the Hot Kitchen area.
- Cleaning and closing the kitchen after business hours; ensuring the kitchen is ready for the next day.
- Performing other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirement:
- Able to start immediately
- Able to communicate in Malay, English or Mandarin
- Minimum 1-year related working experience
