Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation Support:
- Wash, peel, chop, and slice ingredients
- Assist in basic cooking tasks (e.g. making sauces, garnishing, assembling dishes)
- Measure ingredients accurately
- Cleaning & Maintenance:
- Wash dishes, pots, and kitchen utensils
- Clean work surfaces, equipment, and kitchen areas
- Take out rubbish and follow hygiene standards
- Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are cleaned and stored properly
Skills & Qualities Needed:
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn from senior staff
