- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan, and specialty beverages according to recipe and presentation standard
- Take and serve customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle payments via cash, card, or digital platforms
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and dining area
- Refill stock items when needed
- Provide product recommendations and promote promotional items
- Handle customer complaints or inquiries professionally
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and cleaning
- Cooperate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM certificate in any field
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Malay
- Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn new knowledge
- Prefer candidates with own transport
- Non-barista experience candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided

- Willing to work on shifts (including weekends/holidays).
- Must be punctual and reliable.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
