Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling).
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Help organize training sessions and development activities.
- Assist in performance review processes and documentation.
- Address routine employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company standards.
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
