We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Human Resource Intern to support our HR department in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure to HR practices in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and company events.
- Help ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and updated as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team in areas such as attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll documentation.
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports and presentations.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and good organizational abilities.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
