Junior IT Project Management (AI field)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile IT Project Management to lead and manage diverse IT projects across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Initiation:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
• Obtain necessary approvals and funding.

Project Planning and Execution:

• Break down projects into manageable tasks and assign responsibilities.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks.
• Implement effective change management processes.
• Manage project budgets and resources.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Foster collaboration and teamwork.
• Provide guidance and support to team members.

Stakeholder Management:

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Effectively communicate project status and risks.
• Manage expectations and resolve conflicts

Risk Management:

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Develop contingency plans to address potential issues.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
• Conduct regular quality reviews and audits

Post-Project Review:

• Evaluate project performance and identify lessons learned.
• Document project outcomes and share best practices.

Job Requirements:

• Open for Malaysian Citizen ONLY
• Minimum at Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years & Maximum 5 years of experience related (MUST)
• Strong experience in managing IT projects of varying complexity.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and applications.
• Strong project management methodologies - Agile, Waterfall, hybrid (MUST)
• Strong experience with project management tools e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project (MUST)
• Strong understanding with AI/ML Development tools and programming language (MUST)
• Good to have: Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
