* Maintain and support the hotel's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hotel applications.
* Provide daily technical support to hotel staff and guests on hardware, software, and network-related issues.
* Administer and maintain systems such as Property Management System (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), key card access, telephone systems, IPTV, CCTV, and Wi-Fi network.
* Monitor the performance of hotel IT systems to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
* Troubleshoot and resolve system outages, data recovery, and backup issues.
* Ensure data security and privacy compliance according to company and legal standards.
* Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software.
* Keep an updated inventory of all IT equipment and software licenses.
* Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for support and maintenance contracts.
* Conduct regular system backups and prepare for disaster recovery procedures.
* Provide training and technical assistance to staff on IT tools and systems.
* Support the rollout of new applications and technologies.
* Maintain documentation of system configurations, network diagrams, and procedures.
