Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to establish and align design direction.
- Translate design concepts into detailed drawings and documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor site progress and follow up to ensure alignment with project timelines and requirements.
- Coordinate with project and production teams to ensure smooth logistics arrangements.
- Handle all documentation related to sales, including quotations, invoices, delivery orders, etc.
- Organize and maintain a proper filing system for sales documents and customer accounts.
- Update and maintain the customer database accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
- Assist in other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in interior design industry, sales coordination, administrative, or sales support role.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
