Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee technical, production, and project development functions under CAAM AMO145 Maintenance Organization Approval (MOA).
- Establish and maintain EASA Part 21 POA Production Organization Approval for Pecca Aviation Services.
- Develop and implement standard practices, procedures, training, and technical records in line with aviation regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and uphold the Quality Management System (QMS) and Safety Management System (SMS) to ensure compliance.
- Act as Document Controller for POA and MOA, managing all documentation and updates.
- Identify, report, and resolve non-compliance issues, ensuring adherence to company procedures and aviation standards.
- Conduct First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) and maintain SOPs and quality forms to support smooth production runs.
- Lead and participate in internal and external audits for suppliers, vendors, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee Design Organization Approval (DOA) related functions.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and supporting documents in response to customer RFPs.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve non-conformance reports (NCAR) using root-cause analysis and continuous improvement tools.
- Support technical decision-making processes, including production check sheets, purchase orders, and finance audits.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Aviation, Aerospace, Quality Management or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of working experience in aviation, aerospace manufacturing, or quality assurance (experience with CAAM / EASA regulations preferred).
- Good knowledge of CAAM Part 145, EASA Part 21 POA, and aviation compliance standards.
- Strong understanding of QMS, SMS, MOE, POE, and related regulatory documentation.
- Hands-on experience in audits (internal & external), inspections, and regulatory reporting.
- Familiar with FAIR (First Article Inspection Report), SOPs, and process documentation.
- Skilled in root cause analysis tools (Why-Why, PDCA, Turtle Diagram, etc.) for problem solving and continuous improvement.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills; experience as Document Controller is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills to manage technical and production activities.
- Ability to prepare technical proposals, quotations, and responses for customers/RFPs.
- Good communication skills to work with regulators, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
