Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Sales Executive to expand our market presence in Klang Valley and Northern Malaysia. This role involves engaging with key stakeholders such as developers, M&E consultants, architects, and contractors to promote electrical solutions at the project specification stage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop in-depth product knowledge and recommend tailored solutions.
- Proactively engage with developers, consultants, architects, and interior designers to secure product specifications in new projects.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned regions.
- Deliver persuasive presentations, prepare quotations, and follow up to close deals.
- Provide professional pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track project pipelines and coordinate with internal departments to meet delivery and project timelines.
- Submit regular sales and activity reports to the Head of Sales.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in project-based sectors such as construction, electrical, or building materials.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel across Klang Valley and Northern Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English preferred, to liaise with diverse client groups.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
