Position: Sales Executive (B2B)

Job Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients in high-demand areas, especially Penang, focusing on restaurants, bars, dining establishments, and fusion cuisine venues.
- Manage sales across Modern Trade, HoReCa, Micro, B2B, and Trade Marketing channels.
- Proactively conduct outreach activities to secure appointments and deliver product presentations.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions to achieve sales targets.
- Accurately prepare purchase orders and ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Conduct regular client visits for follow-up, satisfaction checks, and issue resolution.
- Provide ongoing support and consultation to optimize clients’ experience with our products.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities.
- Develop and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
- Prepare and submit daily visit reports summarizing client interactions and outcomes.
- Undertake any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
Requirements
- Minimum Certificate in a relevant discipline from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in both English and Malay
- Proven experience in B2B sales and relationship management.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
