Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to manage inbound leads, generate sales opportunities, and build strong client relationships. This role plays a key part in supporting the sales team and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and follow up with potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions or products.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely communication.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., operations, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree/Professional Certificate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service is an advantage. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a good team player.
