We are assisting out client in hiring an Infrastructure Specialist (Network).

Position: Infrastructure Specialist (Network)
Salary: Up to RM 7,000
Location: Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya
Normal Working Hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage infrastructure/network projects, ensuring alignment with business and IT goals.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure network systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across servers, firewalls, routers, and more.
- Conduct regular health checks, vulnerability scans, and system upgrades.
- Maintain UAT, Production, and Disaster Recovery environments.
- Collaborate with teams and vendors to ensure seamless IT operations.
- Document processes and improve SOPs for efficiency and security.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience.
- CCNA certification is a plus.
- Min 6 Years of hands-on experience in:
- Network/infrastructure support (servers, firewalls, VMware, Azure, O365, etc.).
- Configuring and administering security controls (WAF, VPN, SIEM, etc.).
- Able to provide L2 support, and lead IT projects and vendor management.
- Willing to provide after-hours support for urgent incidents.
