Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Sales Support Executive to assist our sales team in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with production and inventory teams, and ensuring smooth sales processes. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong sense of teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotations, sales orders, and customer documents.
- Handle indoor sales by attending to walk-in, phone, and email inquiries from customers
- Liaise with customers to handle enquiries and follow-ups on orders.
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, warehouse, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and accurate order fulfillment.
- Conduct weekly stock checks using the inventory system, monitor items below minimum quantity (Min QTY), and initiate production orders based on reorder quantity to maintain sufficient stock for sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer information, and inventory status.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts.
- Support the team during promotional campaigns or product launches.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales support, administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with inventory or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, as the role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and internal departments.
- Familiarity with ISO systems and procedures is an added advantage.
