The Infrastructure Specialist is a professional engineer to support the EAP infrastructure platform with the following duties:
- Responsible for cloud infrastructure, network infrastructure, server infrastructure, storage infrastructure, and related services
- Ensures that the EAP infrastructure is reliable, secure, and scalable to meet current and future needs.
- Works closely with Authority’s IT teams, such as network and security teams, to ensure proper integration and configuration of infrastructure.
- Prepare or review the change documents related to cloud infrastructure, network infrastructure, server infrastructure, storage infrastructure, and related services
- Research and evaluate new technologies and solutions to improve EAP’s infrastructure.
- Provides support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues.
- Compile the monthly service dents, identify root cause, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM14,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert: 1 year (Preferred)
- Azure Data & AI Solutions : 1 year (Preferred)
- cloud infrastructure, network infrastructure: 2 years (Preferred)
- server infrastructure, storage infrastructure: 2 years (Preferred)
