Payroll Management
- Execute full-cycle monthly payroll processing for big number employees
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF)
- Validate and reconcile payroll inputs including overtime, allowances, deductions, and incentives
- Generate payroll reports and submit statutory filings on time
- Address payroll-related queries and discrepancies professionally
Attendance System Oversight
- Manage and maintain attendance systems (e.g., fingerprint, facial recognition, mobile apps)
- Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and absenteeism trends
- Ensure accurate syncing of attendance data with payroll software
- Coordinate with supervisors to resolve attendance anomalies and disputes
HR Operations Support
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and HRIS entries
- Assist in onboarding, confirmation, resignation, and contract renewals
- Support benefits administration, medical claims, and insurance updates
- Prepare monthly HR reports and assist in internal/external audits
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll and attendance system management
- Mandatory proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Paybun, Times Payroll, SQL Payroll)
- Compulsory knowledge of attendance systems (e.g., FingerTec, TimeTec, HRMS-integrated tools)
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and statutory contributions
- High accuracy in numerical and data handling
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia or Tamil is an advantage
- Discreet handling of confidential employee information
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HRIS platforms and Excel-based reporting
- Familiarity with multi-site or multi-shift workforce structures
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
